Eaglewood Care Center offers a wide array of state-of-the-art care. Skilled care includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and more. We also offer restorative care, intermediate care, and Alzheimer/Dementia care.

Our staff is committed to the needs of your loved one. Our holistic approach includes medical, social, emotional, and spiritual care in a supportive and positive atmosphere.

Intermediate Care
Our 67-bed intermediate level of care section has 31 semi-private rooms and five private care rooms. Qualified RN and LPN nursing staff and state-tested nursing assistants monitor your loved one's care 24-hours a day. All therapy programs, along with restorative nursing care, are provided in this unit.

Special needs and dementia care
If your loved one has an Alzheimer-type diagnosis, we want to fill the day with meaning ful experiences. Our specially-trained staff meets the individual needs with activities and programs created specifically with your loved one in mind. He or she will enjoy a dedicated dining facility, activity room, lounge, and enclosed patio. The comfortable and home-like design of this self-contained unit allows freedom within the environment while adding an extra measure of concern.

Skilled and rehabilitative care
We have 26 beds and are staffed and equipped to handle all types of skilled care, from post-operative care to heavy skilled care (except ventilator care). A state-of-the-art therapy program includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, and more. Therapy services are available seven days a week, depending on physician orders.
